Can I post my survey on my Web site?

When you select the public survey option, Beeliner automatically generates HTML code that you can simply copy and paste into your Web site. When visitors click on the link in this code, your survey will be automatically displayed.

I see that other online services similar to Beeliner based their prices by respondents. Beeliner prices are by participants. Why do you do this differently?

Everything that we do, we do with a customer focus, which is why we decided to base our prices upon participant, not respondent. We do not want our service to become a utility for SPAM abusers. Pricing by participants makes Beeliner unattractive for SPAM abusers. However for our customers, our pricing is comparably adjusted to be compatible with an average response rate. We also found that it is very useful for our customers to know exactly how much they would be spending on their surveys-no guessing or unexpected surprises that are frequent with pricing by respondent.

I want the survey to look like it was sent from my company/organization not from SFToolbox or Beeliner.

Not a problem. We know that the ability to brand your surveys with your own identity is important and valuable. You set the sender id for the survey, put your name, your email address or company name and your participants will receive the survey and see that it comes from you, not from SFToolbox and Beeliner.

I don't want you to send email to my participants. What are your privacy policies?

Your participants' email addresses will never be sold or given to anyone. The email addresses that you enter are used ONLY for the purpose of your survey sending. We will not contact your participants as a result of being part of your survey.

Can I include my logo on the survey form?

Yes, all Beeliner packages including the free try-n-buy license allow you add an electronic version of your logo or any other low-resolution graphic to your surveys.

I am concerned about SPAM. What types of safeguards are you taking against it?

Beeliner is not to be used for SPAM purposes. Any user who uses our tools for this purpose will be deactivated. Please refer to our anti-SPAM policy for specific details.

I don't want my participants to see each other's email addresses when I send my survey.

Participants cannot see who your survey is sent to. Beeliner sends your survey out one at a time not as a group email.

How many questions can my survey have?

You may have up to 100 questions in your survey with all Beeliner paid licenses.

Yes, Beeliner has templates that you can use to create your surveys and you can also use your previous surveys your own survey templates.

Who uses Beeliner?

What is a refill pack?

You can purchase a refill pack for any month that you exceed your participant limits. Refills increase your participant limits and are valid for exactly one month after you purchase them. Refills are not a substitution for a monthly renewal.

After I "send" my survey, where does it go?

Sending a Beeliner survey is quick. The workload goes on our server, not your computer. This means that once you press the send button, our server begins the work of sending out your survey. Your computer is not tied up in this process leaving you free to work on whatever you need to do.

I need to talk to a live person for help. How can I contact you?

Our online support is available 24/7 for Enterprise customers and is available for a fee for our self-serve customers. If you can't find what you need there, you can contact customer support at any time and someone will respond to your request within 1 business day.

What happens if I exceed my license quota?

Beeliner will notify you if you exceed your license quota. You will have the option to either refill your current license for a set fee, upgrade to the next license size, or stop accepting responses for your survey.

Can I see what my survey looks like before I send it?

Yes, Beeliner has a "preview" option that you can use anytime while working with Beeliner. You can also send a test email to any email address that you specify. As test surveys do not count towards your participant limits, you cannot respond to a test survey.
